Self understanding. Self transcendence. Self transformation. Self realization.

Unitive Spiritual Discipline

Movement is medicine, and yoga is a form of movement and breath medicine for the mind and the body.

I was fortunate to be trained by some of the best Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teachers in Toronto, and even more fortunate to continuously be learning from them and others through group classes, self practice, and workshops.

I obtained my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto, a recognized Registered Yoga School, and I am registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

I curate, adapt, and refine my teachings to lead students through safe, fluid, and respectful movements. My mantra in yoga is that there is a place for everyone, and my methodology reflects this. My personal practice and teaching practice manifests in a way that allows space for every body and the complexities and intricacies that come with.

I lead private lessons and small or large group classes, along with workshops and events.

Namaste.

What the tradition of Yoga seeks to integrate is head and heart, as well as psyche and world, on the basis of a profound spiritual realization that transcends head, heart, psyche, and world.
