I’m a Naturopathic Doctor, Nutritionist, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, foodie, and passionate cook. I created a style of practice that encompassed all these aspects of myself that I can share with others. Through personal consultations, workshops, and online programming, I emphasize achieving optimal, long-term health through the power of food and nutrition. I keep it simple. I don’t think health has to be that fancy, expensive, or complicated. I get back to the basics.
My unique contribution to the dynamic world of health and wellness is a priority for me — as is creating a shared, collective experience in our journey toward optimal health and happiness.
I work with open-minded people to break down barriers to wellness and provide them the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health and achieve optimization. I focus my coaching on four main pillars of health: nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and engagement in community.
